Join Courtney Zentz, from Tiny Transitions http://www.tinytransitions.com/ for a session on getting your infant the sleep they need. In this session, we will dive into the proper schedules and routines, what naps should look like and how to support their rapidly evolving sleep over the first years and beyond .

 

Biography: Courtney R. Zentz

Courtney Zentz is a pediatric sleep professional, post partum doula and certified lactation counselor. She has provided guidance and support to hundreds of families around the Main Line and across the globe. She is currently a contributor to various international publications. Courtney specializes in supporting the transition to motherhood and is dedicated to helping families with knowledge, guidance and a variety of support services.

Courtney resides in West Chester with her husband Adam and their two children, a lovely little boy Max (3) and a sweet, young girl, Sovella (1). Courtney has always felt passionate about making sleep and healthy living a priority in her family’s life.
