First Foods: How to Get Started

This group focuses on transitioning to solid foods and following your baby’s lead. We will discuss common approaches including baby led weaning, purees, and a blended approach.

Join us to learn how to start feeding your baby solid foods, developmental milestones for feeding, as well as how to troubleshoot common issues that may arise.

Discussions are led by a Speech-Pathologist and Speech and Language screenings will be available at the end of the group discussion.
