Would you like some ways to help your baby be calm and sleep more easily?  Is your baby dealing with head shape or gut issues?  Join Nikki Lee RN, BSN, MS, IBCLC, CCE, CIMI, ANLC, CKC for a series of 3 one-hour classes to teach infant massage techniques and ways to help your baby develop core strength and comfortable gut function. You will learn a variety of massage strokes, and also an easy way for your baby to be happy in TummyTime™, an activity recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics.

The goals of the class are for parents to develop new ways to have fun with their babies, deepen their relationship, and for parents to learn easy, safe hands-on techniques to help their babies:

  • improve sleep
  • enhance GI function
  • promote optimal head shape
  • facilitate brain development
  • breastfeed more easily
  • develop core strength and
  • optimize physical development

This is a three-class series offered on Tuesdays, July 14th, 21st, & 28th from 11am – 12 noon. The cost of the class is $50 per person. Attendance is expected for all three classes starting on July 14th, 2015.
