What does it really mean to “sleep like a baby?” How do I know my baby is hungry or tired or just needs something to be different? How can I calm my crying baby? There are common questions and concerns of new parents. This class will help parents understand normal infant behavior. It will provide tips to help new parents find solutions to the common concerns of sleep, cues and crying.

Cost is $10. Pre-register by calling the BRC at St. Mary in Bensalem at 215-639-6708.

*Due to the generous funding from St. Mary all patients seen at Mother Bachmann Maternity Center and/ or Children’s Health Center will be able to attend this class at no cost.
