Free Workshop During Support Group!

When you have a baby, so many things in your life change, including how you end up feeding yourself!

We know you often feel like you need 8 arms to get everything done in a day, but it is important to eat and stay hydrated. Although it is hard, taking care of yourself means you are giving the best version to of yourself to your baby.

Join us for a class on easy meal prep to keep yourself fed, while you are also feeding your baby. This workshop is led by Salus University occupational therapy graduate interns with facilitation by Dr. Lauren Sponseller.  In addition, they will be available for one-on-one screening appointments, following the workshops, from 12:00-2:00 pm.

This workshop is FREE and no registration  is required. All babies are welcome!

All workshops, classes and Support Groups are held in our 3rd floor Education Room. Please enter the building through the rear door at the top of the ramp off the parking lot and head upstairs.
