Have you been experiencing back pain or other aches since having baby? Are you always carrying a car seat in one arm and a diaper bag in the other? Come learn about proper body mechanics to help give your body some relief. We will be reviewing different ways to limit the stress you are putting on your body and how these techniques could possibly save you from an injury. Class taught by Salus University occupational therapy graduate interns with facilitation by Dr. Lauren Sponseller.  In addition, they will be available for one-on-one screening appointments, following the workshops, from 12:00-2:00 pm. This class is FREE. No registration required. All babies are welcome!
