Free workshop led by occupational therapy graduate students during the KOP Support Group!
Stress management is an absolutely crucial skill for all of us! The evidence shows that positively coping with stress has a huge role in preventing physical and mental illness. To help you become more resilient, we will discuss how stress management practices can become habits that fit into your daily routines. Join us in learning about a variety of helpful techniques and strategies including positive coping practices, lifestyle changes and progressive muscle relaxation. Class taught by Salus University occupational therapy graduate interns with facilitation by Dr. Lauren Sponseller. In addition, they will be available for one-on-one screening appointments, following the workshops, from 12:00-2:00 pm. This class is FREE. No registration required. All babies are welcome!
