Infant massage has been thought to provide many benefits, one of which is mother-baby bonding. Baby massage also has been shown to be beneficial in assisting with overall growth and development, sound sleep, relaxation and reduced fussiness. Join us for a NEW 5-week program to learn how to massage your infant.

Suitable for infants ages 6 weeks to 10 months, this hands-on class will teach you the techniques necessary to learn infant massage. This workshop will be facilitated by Stephanie Pellish, an instructor through the International Association of Infant Massage.

It is recommended you dress comfortably and bring a pillow, a blanket, and any extra items your baby may need.

REGISTRATION is REQUIRED and CLOSES on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10th. There is a $25 fee that will cover ALL 5 classes. Please note there is no class on Thursday, October 3rd.

Register for this 5-part program.
