All mothers are welcome to join us for our FREE Support Group! Come spend time with one of our IBCLCs and other moms to discuss breastfeeding questions and experiences. Free weight checks are also available.

Research shows that meeting with other breastfeeding mothers helps women to breastfeed longer!

FREE WORKSHOP during Support Group – Returning to work…and making it work for you!

As the day you will return to work draws nearer, you may begin to feel anxious about leaving your little one to be cared for by someone else. Know that you are not alone! Many parents feel this way. We will also discuss what you are entitled to at work as a nursing mom who will need to pump and store milk. Class taught by Salus University occupational therapy graduate interns with facilitation by Dr. Lauren Sponseller and Caitlyn Foy. This class is FREE. No registration required. All babies are welcome!  In addition, the interns will be available for one-on-one screening appointments following the workshops from 12:00 – 2:00 pm.
