Tuesday, February 23rd – Off to the Best Start!

Thursday, April 7th – What Moms Want their Caregivers to Know

Mothers are encouraged to nurse their babies for at least one year. Many are returning to work between 6 and 12 weeks postpartum. That means they have to maintain their milk supply for 40+ weeks with a machine! One of the biggest reasons that breastfeeding goes downhill is over-feeding and bottle preference once moms are back to work. Find out how best to educate moms and caregivers to keep breastfeeding going long term. Instructor: Colette M. Acker, IBCLC

Do you feel like you’re meeting a lot of babies that are being treated for problems associated with reflux? Did you know that oversupply symptoms are very similar? Did you know that oversupply could actually induce reflux symptoms?

Find out how to tell the difference and steps to reduce oversupply symptoms without dropping mom’s supply too much! Instructor: Janice E. McPhelin, IBCLC

Tuesday, September 20th – Thrush vs. Vasospasm – Same Symptoms; Different plan
