This workshop occurs during the SECOND HALF of SUPPORT GROUP

Since the arrival of your little one, do you find yourself putting care for yourself on the back burner? Exercise is a great form of self-care and stress relief! Being active is important because it allows you time to recharge and to stay healthy. If you’re healthy, you will be better able to take care of your baby and family. We will provide you with some ways to fit being active into your schedule and community activities geared toward infants. We also encourage you to share strategies that have worked for you with other moms!

Salus University Occupational Therapy students, under the direction of Drs. Lauren Sponseller and Caitlin Foy, will be facilitating this workshop. In addition, they will be available for one-on-one screening appointments following the workshops, from 12:00 – 2:00 pm.

All Salus University workshops and screenings are FREE and NO REGISTRATION is required.

All support groups, workshops, classes and screenings are held in the third floor education room! Please enter the building through the door at the ramp off of the parking lot and go up the stairs.
