Occupational Therapy’s purpose is to help you create goals where you succeed at life’s activities.

Our OTs can help with your transition to motherhood, by providing ideas, resources, tools, information, encouragement and support. They will explore how to not only take care of your baby, but also ways in which you can take care of yourself.

All our OT workshops are facilitated by Salus University occupational therapy graduate interns with oversight by Dr. Lauren Sponseller.

Log-In to our Virtual Workshop here. (Meeting ID: 951 3160 8436 and Passcode: 625151)

These workshops are FREE to the BRC community.
