Are you pregnant, post-partum, or a woman with a pelvic floor?

Come to our pelvic floor introduction class and learn about your body from a pelvic floor occupational therapist!

Join Danika Viola, MS, OTR/L and the Salus University OT students to learn about how to protect your core, abdominal separation (DRA), how peeing when you jump is common but NOT normal, and so much more! We’ll also go over how to modify your everyday activities to reduce pain and improve core function.

Handouts will be provided and all babies are welcome.

All classes, workshops and Support Groups are held in our third floor Education Room. Please enter the building through the rear door at the top of the ramp off the parking lot and head upstairs.
