Stress management is an absolutely crucial skill for all of us! The evidence shows that positively coping with stress has a huge role in preventing physical and mental illness. To help you become more resilient, we will discuss how stress management practices can become habits that fit into your daily routines. Join us in learning about a variety of helpful techniques and strategies including positive coping practices, lifestyle changes and progressive muscle relaxation.
Salus University Occupational Therapy students, under the direction of Dr. Lauren Sponseller, will be facilitating this workshop. In addition, they will be available for one-on-one screening appointments following the workshops, from 12:00 – 2:00 pm.
All Salus University workshops and screenings are FREE and NO REGISTRATION is required.
All support groups, workshops, classes and screenings are held in the third floor education room! Please enter the building through the door at the ramp off of the parking lot and go up the stairs.
