Power walking/jogging and intervals of strength and body toning using exercise tubing, your stroller, and the environment. Taught by Colleen Faltot, certified Fit4Mom fitness instructor with specialty training in pre and post natal women. Stroller Strides incorporate songs and activities into the routine designed to engage and entertain baby. Please bring a mat/towel, water bottle, baby, and stroller!
