Prenatal Consultation
After making your appointment, you will receive an email to join our HIPAA-compliant platform. We ask that you fill out your intake forms here before your appointment. You will also receive a link that tells you everything you need to bring to your first visit as well as directions to the office.
When doing an in-office visit, you will walk into a welcoming environment, and each consultation room is designed to make you feel at home.

- In-person consultations are available at our Abington location. Home visits are available in New Hope, Bucks-adelphia, Wayne, Malvern, Lansdale/Hatfield, Northeast to Southeast Philadelphia and Bethlehem areas. - Telehealth consultation available – some insurance companies do not cover telehealth visits.

Lactation Consultation
- Experienced, trained IBCLCs observe and evaluate a feeding
- Develops and provides a detailed Care Plan for mother, baby, and PCP

Follow-Up Consultation
- If needed, the initial Care Plan is fine-tuned with an IBCLC to ensure breastfeeding success.

Back-to-Work Planning
- Family works with an IBCLC to create a tailored plan that fits their individual needs

Weight Checks
- Can be scheduled with an IBCLC for a 15-30 minute appointment
- Baby’s weight and other vital breastfeeding information is gathered and faxed to the baby’s physician
- Can be scheduled by your IBCLC during your initial visit, by calling to schedule an appointment, or by using online booking.
- May be covered by insurance
Pump Flange Fittings
- During this visit, the Lactation Consultant will trial various breast shield sizes to help you get the correct fit for you
- This visit takes approximately 30 minutes

Induced Lactation
- Primarily for adoptions and other situations where there is a need to make milk
- Make an appointment with an IBCLC to find out how and develop a plan

- Visit takes place via our HIPAA-compliant portal

If you do not need an IBCLC and have questions, we have a Helpline available for families. Our BRC Community Counselors monitor this helpline. You can call and leave a message, and someone will call you back.
